This year, we invite abstract submissions on topics related to paediatric radiotherapy. Accepted abstracts will be given a slot for a mini-oral presentation during the meeting, providing authors the opportunity to present their work to a national audience. Please see below for more details.

Call for Abstracts
We are pleased to invite abstract submissions for the upcoming CCLG Radiotherapy Group Meeting, taking place in Manchester this September. This is a valuable opportunity to share your work with colleagues across the UK, and contribute to the advancement of paediatric radiotherapy practice.
Abstract submissions open: Tuesday 17 June 2025
Deadline for submission: 11 August 2025 at 23:59 GMT
All submissions are to be emailed to membership@cclg.org.uk in Microsoft Word document format who will acknowledge receipt of your application.
We particularly welcome abstracts that showcase innovative clinical practice, service developments, research, or collaborative initiatives in radiotherapy.
Suggested themes include:
- AI
- Radiomics
- Brachytherapy
- Acute toxicity management
- Late toxicity management
- Patient support
- Case presentations
