About the Challenge

Join us for an unforgettable journey to the summit of England’s highest mountain (978m) via the iconic Corridor Route – widely considered one of the most scenic and rewarding ways to reach the top of Scafell Pike.

Starting from Seathwaite in the beautiful Borrowdale Valley, we’ll follow a dramatic route that winds its way beneath towering crags, along rocky ledges, and through high mountain passes. The Corridor Route offers incredible views, thrilling terrain, and a real sense of adventure – making it a favourite among seasoned hikers and first-time mountain walkers alike.

This is a challenging full-day hike, covering rough, rocky ground and over 900 metres of ascent. You’ll need a good level of fitness and some hillwalking experience to fully enjoy the day. The climb is steep in places and includes some exposed sections, but you’ll be guided and supported every step of the way by our experienced mountain leaders.
