From chemo to creativity: Wilf’s Christmas wish

Two years ago, Wilf’s biggest dream was survival.

Diagnosed with stage 4 kidney cancer, he endured months of chemotherapy, surgery, and countless scans.

Now in remission, Wilf’s dreams are wonderfully imaginative.

This Christmas, he’s hoping for a 3D printer. A way to design and make things, to create his own little world again.

He loves art and drama, runs Parkrun with his family, and one day hopes to see the Northern Lights.

“It’s really changed him,” his mum says.

He’s gone from thinking life is fun to knowing that bad things happen to good people.
