National 3 Peaks

The National Three Peaks Challenge involves climbing the three highest peaks of Scotland, England and Wales within 24 hours. This is an iconic challenge and regarded as one of the UK’s toughest mountain events.

The peaks are tackled in the following order: Ben Nevis (Scotland), Scafell Pike (England), and Snowdon (Wales).

Travel to Fort William on Friday where you'll enjoy an overnight stay. you'll start with Ben Nevis on Saturday morning, then climb Scafell Pike through the night, and finish with Snowdon in the early hours of Sunday. This is a physically demanding challenge, and we recommend participants engage in regular exercise to prepare.

Upon signing up, you’ll receive a comprehensive PDF packed with all the event details, training plans, and essential information you need to prepare for this incredible adventure. This guide ensures you’re fully equipped and ready to make the most of your National 3 Peaks experience.

Funding options include:

Charity sponsorship: £95 reg fee paid online & at least £950 charity sponsorship.

Mixed fundraising: £95 reg fee & £195 balance paid 8 weeks before challenge start date; you must raise at least £600 charity sponsorship.
