Membership categories and benefits

From November 2016, CCLG's membership structure has changed. Our new membership categories and corresponding fees are detailed below

Full membership

UK and Ireland

Description Open to medical and healthcare professionals, researchers, and scientists involved in the multidisciplinary care or scientific research of children and younger teenagers with cancer (including leukaemia).
Consultant Medical £105
Non-Consultant Medical £65
Trainee Medical £40 (free membership for the first year)*
Non-medical Healthcare Professional

Including nurses, pharmacists, allied health professionals etc

£40 (free membership for the first year)*

Scientific

Including non-clinical academics, clinical trials staff, researchers, epidemiologists etc

£40 (free membership for the first year)*

  • Reduced registration fees for CCLG meetings and education days
  • Ability to join CCLG groups and attend members'-only CCLG meetings

  • Ability to Chair groups, stand for office and vote in elections
SIOP-Europe Membership Membership of SIOP-Europe (SIOPE) is available to all CCLG members at a subsidised rate of £10
How to join

Complete the membership application form. You must give the name of an existing CCLG member as a referee. Your membership will begin immediately on receipt of your subscription fees and is renewable annually.

If you choose to pay your membership subscription by annual Direct Debit, you will receive a 5% discount.

*Categories entitled to free membership for the first year must complete a Direct Debit form at the time of joining for payment in year 2 and after.

Outside of the UK and Ireland

Honorary membership

Honorary membership is for retired members who have made a significant contribution to paediatric oncology in the UK and Ireland. Honorary members must be nominated by two full members and approved by the Executive. Honorary membership is free, and does not include voting rights.
