Your username is made up of your first name and surname for example 'JohnSmith' (not your email address). Your username and password are case sensitive, and there must not be spaces before or after either. Use the Forgotten Password Assistant to check that your username and password are correct but if the problem persists contact cclgweb@le.ac.uk.
